Nestled in the heart of Samarkand, Ayvon Guesthouse offers a unique blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. With 6 well-appointed rooms and a scenic rooftop terrace, our guesthouse provides a cozy retreat for travelers seeking comfort and relaxation.

Translated from Uzbek, "Ayvon" means terrace. It was important to showcase the beauty of Samarkand city for us. Our guesthouse is very new, all rooms have private bathrooms, aircons, TV and mini fridges. All common areas are CCTV monitored. This is a family run guesthouse, so please don't hesitate to reach out for advice, recommendations or to provide feedback.

Double room
Efficient space for lowest price. We have 3 rooms available of this type: 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
Deluxe double room
Allow yourself a bit more space, especially if you're staying for longer. We have 2 rooms available of this type: 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
Family room
Our biggest room in the guesthouse with double bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 guests. It's located on the first floor.
Rooftop terrace
Our rooftop terrace is available for guests and offers bird eye view of Samarkand. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee before you start your day, or unwind with a drink and enjoy the sunset. Please note there is CCTV in operation on the rooftop terrace.

Summer kitchen and garden
Our communal summer kitchen that opens into the back garden allows guests to cook their own breakfast from our own free range organic eggs.
Reception and services
Our receptionist is available 7am to 9pm, but you can also do a self check in outside those hours. We are also happy to accommodate additional requests like airport pick up and drop off, food order deliveries, recommendations for discovering Samarkand and many more. Just let us know! We also have off premises free parking available.
